Day 16…”Luxury of Repose”
Short and sweet…the best part of my day was not my self-imposed challenge working only with a palette knife on a previously painted canvas, but rather my taking time to visit with two of the artists I share studio space with. I was reminded of all the fun I have in our studio, working with an intention and getting feedback when needed.!
I look forward to heading back to the studio full-time before the end of this month! Yippie!
Meanwhile, I am sharing today’s painting “Luxury of Repose.” This piece has a different approach. I painted only with the palette knife. And, sometimes my impasto was dry on the canvas long before I finished my painting. But, I enjoyed this challenge!
Tomorrow will be another day.
