Day 28 -- It can't be that I am this far along with a-painting-a-day for 30 days. I think I will be relieved as day 30 comes to a close, but, on the other hand this has been a great opportunity to try some different approaches to painting.
Today, I slipped back into using my palette knife, and returned to yesterday's rose to tackle. Oddly enough I was aware of very different emotions in my make-up today. I see this piece as looser, bolder, and more space-conscious,. And, I believe my background is more involved with the overall composition.
