Finding the best in just the right places

While working on this group of 30-a-day paintings, I am concentrating on a few concepts: different sorts of compositions; a little bit more texture (or less); more collage or none; and shape variations -- from the size of the canvas to objects in the painting. Each canvas  presents itself to me and I move forward.
